Brian & Essence Williams

Northern Exposure is the creation of founders, Brian and Essence Williams.  The passion for the nonprofit came amid a conversation about how much we thought the experiences of international travel could influence and shape our son’s view of the world.  We quickly came to realize the same principle could be applied to things he hadn’t seen or done right at home.  From that moment it became our mission to provide an avenue for as many kids as we possibly could to see and do as much as possible!

Brian holds a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Economics, both from Morehouse College.  He has spent the bulk of his career in technical leadership roles across the financial and telecommunications industries.

Essence holds a BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion, dual MBA’s from Regis University, and a Certified Fraud Examiner designation.  She is a career civil servant with focuses in government compliance and auditing.

The couple resides in Keller, TX and are parents of one teenage son.  They enjoy traveling, snowboarding, and listening to live music in their free time.

Anthony Johnson

Anthony  received his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in Geography and his MBA from Texas Christian University.  He's spent a career in real estate and technology over the last 20 years.

Most recently he put his lifelong passion for film into practice by becoming a film critic and diving head first into the world of film and everything around it.  His decision to choose film critique in 2013 was born out of the lack of seeing film critics in the industry that looked like him.  While he still maintains a corporate career in technology, he's found a nice balance to pursue his outside film interests.

Carlos Bradley

Carlos holds an Associates of Arts & Sciences degree from Northlake College, and a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix. He spent the majority of his early years working in the corporate environment fulfilling roles of developer, product manager, project manager, and implementation manager in the telecommunications, healthcare, and retail

industries.

He learned a great deal while working in the corporate environment about

managing a successful business, and networking which he carried with him into his own endeavors.  He constantly seeks new opportunities by never meeting a stranger and having the willingness to interact with anyone he can. He believes his success is heavily tied to his sphere of influence, and having the ability to extract knowledge

from anyone he can.

Carlos resides in Corinth, TX with his wife Paula, and their two dogs Sammy, and Oreo. His daughter is current medical student at UNLV, and his son is a successful business owner.  His free time is spent traveling, golfing, fishing, skiing and cycling.
